Cancellation Policy
DURING THE HIGH SEASON (June 15 to September 10)
– If the reservation is canceled at least 7 days before arrival, one night plus tax will be charged.
– If the reservation is canceled within 7 days before arrival, the total cost of the reservation plus tax will be charged.
– A camper who does not cancel prior to arrival or do not show up at the arrival date will be charged the total cost of the reservation plus taxes, and the site will be released the day after the arrival date .
– A reservation can not be changed or canceled once arrived.
– In case of death or other family emergency (proof required), a reservation could be credited or refunded at the discretion of Chalet Camping Baie de Gaspé. In case of a refund for such reasons, the amount of 30% of the total booking bill will not be refunded.
DURING OFF SEASON (May 15 to June 14)
– If the reservation is canceled at least 48 hours before arrival, no cost will be charged.
– If the reservation is canceled within 48 hours before arrival, the total cost of the reservation plus tax will be charged.
– A camper who does not cancel prior to arrival or do not show up at the arrival date will be charged the total cost of the reservation plus taxes, and the site will be released the day after the arrival date .
– A reservation can not be changed or canceled once there.
